Take capsules 2 times a day, 1 capsule 40 minutes after meals.

Drink 1 tsp. diluted in 200 ml of water 3 times a day after meals. It is necessary to drink through a straw.

Course

The course is from several days (in case of diet violation) to 3-6 months. Break between courses is 1-3 months.
The first positive results are felt after the 2nd month of taking the product.

The original drink may contain a slight grape sediment of a jelly-like mass with insoluble particles.
