1. General conditions
1.1. This Policy determines the procedure for processing and protecting FOP Bolotov M. B. information about individuals (hereinafter referred to as the User), which can be obtained by FOP Bolotov M. B. when the User uses services / goods of a non-exclusive license provided, including through the site, services , services, programs used by FOP Bolotov M. B. (hereinafter referred to as the Site, Services).
1.2. The purpose of this Policy is to ensure proper protection of personal information that the User provides about himself on his own when using the Site, Services or in the process of placing an order, to purchase goods / services of a non-exclusive license from unauthorized access and disclosure.
1.3. Relations related to the collection, storage, distribution and protection of information provided by the User are governed by this Policy, other official documents of FOP Bolotov M. B. and the current legislation of Ukraine.

2.1. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. FOP Bolotov M. B. processes the User's personal data in order to:
- identification of the party within the framework of agreements and contracts concluded with FOP Bolotov M. B.;
- granting the User of goods/services a non-exclusive license, access to the Site, Services;
- communication with the User, sending transactional letters to the User at the time of receipt of payment from the User one-time, if the User performs these actions, sending notifications, requests to the User;
- sending advertising and/or informational messages to the User;
- verification, research and analysis of such data, allowing to maintain and improve the services and sections of the Site, as well as to develop new services and sections of the Site;
-carrying out statistical and other studies based on depersonalized data.
3. Conditions for the processing of personal information provided by the User and its transfer to third parties
3.1. FOP Bolotov M. B. takes all necessary measures to protect the User's personal data from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure or destruction.
3.2. FOP Bolotov M. B. provides access to the User's personal data only to those employees whose contractors need this information to ensure the operation of the Site, Services and the provision of Services, the sale of goods, and the receipt of a non-exclusive license by the User.
3.3. FOP Bolotov M. B. has the right to use the information provided by the User, including personal data, in order to ensure compliance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine (including for the purpose of preventing and / or suppressing illegal and / or unlawful actions of Users). Disclosure of information provided by the User can be made only in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine at the request of the court, law enforcement agencies, as well as in other cases provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.
3.4. FOP Bolotov M. B. does not verify the accuracy of the information provided by the User and proceeds from the fact that the User, in good faith, provides reliable and sufficient information, takes care of the timeliness of making changes to previously provided information when such a need arises, including but not limited to changing the phone number.
3.5. FOP Bolotov M. B. has the right to store, process, use in any other way the User's personal data until a ban is received from the User.
4. Terms of use of the Site, Services
4.1. When using the Site, the User confirms that:
- has all the necessary rights that allow him to complete the application and use the Services of the site;
- indicates reliable information about himself to the extent necessary to use the Site Services, all fields are required for further provision of the Site Services (logistics)
- is aware that information on the Site posted by the User about himself may become available to third parties not specified in this Policy and may be copied and distributed by them;

5.2. Data that is automatically transmitted to the Services in the course of their use using the software installed on the User's device, including IP address, cookie information, information about the user's browser (or other program that accesses the Services), access time , the address of the requested page.
5.3 Other information about the User, the collection and / or provision of which is defined in the Regulatory Documents of individual Services FOP Bolotov M. B.
6. Change and deletion of personal data
6.1. The user can at any time change (update, supplement) provided by him. personal information or part of it, as well as the parameters of its confidentiality, by sending a notification to the e-mail info@balzambolotova.com.

7.1. FOP Bolotov M. B. has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. When making changes in the current version, the date of the last update is indicated.
